Bespoke produced a journey themed experiential campaign to launch a new Veuve Clicquot product range. The strategy included three VIP events, one on Aqua Luna and then two public street parties in Soho and Sai Ying Pun. For the street parties, Bespoke partnered with 10 popular restaurants to create a tasting menu for consumers to explore and an engagement program to ensure all involved parties gained exposure.
Bespoke was responsible for:
• Concept development of events and consumer engagement strategy
• Design and production of branded styling elements, build structures, merchandise and marketing collateral
• Management of 10 involved restaurants and menu design
• Event coordination including crowd control, guest and public check in to events and entertainment
