The Elephant Protection Initiative Gala

Bespoke collaborated with The Loke Foundation on the production of The Elephant Protection Initiative Gala at the Hong Kong Country Club. The purpose of the event was to raise both awareness and funds, to strengthen regional ties, and to formally recognize China’s leadership role in helping to end the trade in ivory.

 

Bespoke was responsible for:

• Working with The Loke Foundation to develop the creative concept of the event including theme, styling, key imagery and other event collateral

• Design and production of fit out including entrance feature, all styling, staging, AV and furniture

• Audio visual design and management

• Design and development of 2D collateral including name cards, menus, screen content

• Production of The Loke Foundation gift bags

• Event coordination and stage management
